Brittany Halligan first came to AccessCNY twenty years ago as an Assistant Program Manager in one of our residential houses. On her career journey, Brittany has worked with almost all of AccessCNY’s Developmental Disability and Acquired Brain Injury (DD/ABI) services.
According to Brittany, each of the positions she held at the agency taught her something that she now uses in her role supervising all of AccessCNY’s DD/ABI services.

Q: Why is AccessCNY’s mission important to you?
A: “Teaching someone the skills they need to live as independently as possible and then providing the additional supports and securities so they can live a happy, healthy and safe life in their home is incredible work. I get to see our amazing staff do this every day!”
