Paula Possenti-Perez currently serves as the Director of Syracuse University’s Center for Disability Resources. In this role, Paula prides themselves on creating a community that is both inclusive and inspires a sense of true belonging.

Q: Who is someone you admire and why do you admire them?
A: “Brian McLane, his tireless work trying to change a system from the levers of State government, to ensure all children have access to quality education and thrive in our community. A leader in our (SU) Orange community, Brian continues to support and fight for resources for our disabled student population. Upon my arrival at SU, Brian has mentored and supported me in my role as Director, and impressed upon me to think big and bold, to push our leadership toward recognizing and giving voice to our disabled community.”
