Mark Swan – Vice President, Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Services

Mark is a Central New York native who has worked nearly 30 years in Home and Community-Based services. During that time, he has worked across the country in a variety of roles including business and program development, start-ups, acquisitions and turn-arounds. He feels fortunate to be back home contributing to the AccessCNY mission and serving our shared community.
