Thank You Pat Buchmann

This week, AccessCNY employee Pat Buchmann reminded us that sometimes a small act of kindness can make a huge difference.

A participant recently expressed to Pat how much they were missing seeing their friends every week. Because they don’t have internet at home right now, they can’t even video chat with their friends to help close the distance.

Since learning this, Pat has been driving to this participant’s house and lending the participant their phone so that they can video chat friends using Google Hangouts. While the participant socializes with friends, Pat stays safely in the driveway.
